The protein is such a complicated matter which has ternary structure, but it's found out just after the research of the secondary structure of protein. Usually, on the basis of x-ray crystallography information it is possible do define the protein quaternary structure, but it is not always available. Lots of various factors can influence the determination of protein texture. Folding of protein is the cardinal structural property of protein molecule. The protein is very surprising substance, because all the data about it is collected and folded in its basic structure. So many scientists from all over the world try to determine the proteins more correctly. When the origin of protein is fully learned, there will be a chance to determine lots of various properties of protein as classification of protein, protein role etc. and just learn more about protein classification. In spite of our achievement of these researches, the main protein problem can't be resolved yet. It is impossible to determine how the structure of protein is related with its primary texture.
