Teamwork

Human beings interact in 3 basic ways: conversing, transacting and collaborating (in a positive meaning of the word).

If you want to make the optimal choice about your software application, you have to get to know the differences that exist between these interactions.

Conversational interaction is a transfer of information and an interaction of transaction is an exchange of a transaction entity between 2 or more people involeved, while collaborative interaction is used for a change of a collaboration entity, for instance: achievement of a common goal.

Collaborative interactions are organized in such a way that the key purpose of those involved is to change the collaboration entity from something unstable and immaterial, for instance, an idea, into something useful, for example a design solution.
